In 1966 William “Bill” Huber started Huber Grading with a single piece of equipment and the desire to make integrity and hard work the guiding principals of the company. Over the years the Company has grown into a multi-million dollar corporation utilizing over 70 pieces of equipment and moving over 1 million cubic yards of dirt a year.Dave Huber purchased the company from his father in April of 2003 and continues to operate the company with the same principals instilled in him by his father. Now more than ever technology plays a key role in 21st century earthmoving and grading.We utilize state of the art Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and computer estimating / job progress software.This technology ensures speed & accuracy on the job site, accurate bids and realistic project scheduling. We have found that good communication produces good relationships. After all, over 80% of our business comes from repeat customers.Complete and accurate bids, weekly progress reports and direct access to the owner of the company all play a key role in our communication with our customers.We are thankful for the strong bond we have formed with our customers over the last 45 plus years and look forward to fulfilling our customer’s needs for years to come.
